NaNoWrimo 2014 - General Update

Synopsis: Sanq Kingdom, New Port City. Detective Heero Yuy is called in for a special case; Lady Noventa, the wife of the great peace activist and mediator Marshall Noventa, has died and there are reasons to believe it wasn't a natural cause of death... he's partnered with Duo Maxwell, straight from the rebellious L2 colony and with barely any homicide experience. Soon, Heero finds himself neck-deep in a treacherous, political web of intrigues and manipulation, and the antics of his partner won't leave him alone either...
I can't believe I'm doing this for the 11th time already...
NaNoWrimo 2014 is done and over with, but at this moment real life is kicking me hard. I have a hectic temp job going on, a drastic renovation of my apartment leaving me without a kitchen and a bathroom, and some personal things that have all but killed my inspiration and writing mood. Two more weeks to go until my Christmas break, in which I'll take plenty of rest and relaxation to start updating again in the new year, with the WIPs I've been working on and maybe more...
